Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
To offer our clients hope and the opportunity for healing and growth in an environment that respects both individual choice and biblical principles.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
-To continue to be wise about how we spend all funds we receive
-To hire and retain high quality mental health professionals who care for our clients
-To provide a safe and calming facility, as well as, programs that promote healing and wholeness
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We employ professional therapists who are committed to Azimuth's vision and who currently serve 200 people in our community. We rely on outside sources to supplement our counseling revenue, an active board to provide oversight and accountability and a growing group of volunteers to help us serve the Vermonters who seek our services.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Since 2007, we continue to evaluate our work and respond to ideas for improvement. We have refurbished part of our office space and plan to complete this as funds are raised. We are planning events that will expand our profile in the area. We want these events to also attract future volunteers who will use their varied gifts to ensure that Azimuth is financially sound and able to carry out our mission.
