Mission

The MARINE FOUNDATION of INDIANA, INC A non-profit organization seeking to help, enhance, and provide support for Indiana Marines, FMF Corpsmen, FMF Chapains and their Family. This Foundation raises community awareness, provides financial assistance, moral and physical support at home, during activation and/or deployments. FINANCIAL AID GRANTS

Support for Marines, FMF Corpsmen, FMF Chaplains and/or their Family Members who have a need for emergency Financial Aid, such as car, home or appliance repair, funds to cover expenses to or from the bedside of an injured or wounded Marine.

Specifically for providing educational assistance to Marines, FMF Corpsmen, FMF Chaplains and/or their Family Members in the form of a FINANCIAL SCHOLARSHIP GRANT for any post High School education, including trade school, college, graduate school, certification, and continueing education. This is not a student loan and causes no repayment burden on the student.

Providing financial assistance to conduct events that are intended to affect the morale and welfare of Marines and their Family Members. Such events include, but is not limited to, Departure and Homecoming Ceremonies, Field Breakfast, Field Dinners and Family Day Events. Also providing assistance for civic events that promote or enhance the public image, standing, interest and proud traditions of the United States Marine Corps. Programs that educate the general public about the needs of the Marines in the State of Indiana. Providing support to Other Veteran Organizations that promote similar goals of the Foundation and the interest of Marines, family members and the United States Marine Corps.
