Our programs

Leadership Breakfast
Kern Leadership Alliance's mission strategy connects individuals to small groups where they work and where they live; connects similar small groups into networks; connect diverse networks into an alliance. KLA empowers collaborative initiatives and working partnerships that emerge from the alliance to take on our community's most pressing needs. Our main venue for connecting individuals is at a monthly Leadership Breakfast. Each month a featured leader in the community shares how they view their life and job as a full-time ministry. Guests at the breakfast are given time to mingle, connect, and often are introduced for the first time. All community members are welcome to attend.
