What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
The 2025 WorkFaith Expansion will build upon our approach of preparing job seekers through integrated and Christ-Centered Courses, Coaching, and Community. Our job readiness programs consist of the following virtual and in-person services: a 5-day Job Search Accelerator program, WorkFaith Academy (soft skills), and Financial Literacy courses. We also offer Christ-Centered career coaching for individuals and small groups. Once trained, we connect clients with employment opportunities through core employers and corporate partners. Building upon a proven model of success in the Houston market, WorkFaith is preparing for a national expansion through digital and satellite campus infrastructures. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the new “hybrid” model of training and coaching has proven to be an efficient and effective implementation.
