Charting Impact

Five powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?

What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?

What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?

How will they know if they are making progress?

What have they accomplished so far and what's next?

The five primary areas of focus spell the word STARS:

Scholarships for adoption
Training for children who age out of orphanages
Aid for orphanages
Rescue for children caught in trafficking
Sponsorship of orphan tours

Funds are raised for the above programs through presentations at churches and orphan tour performances. Adoptive families constitute the major funding base. Fund are matched through employer matching campaigns as well.

Every Child has a Name provides support to a dozen highly specialized orphan care organizations such as Orphan Voice, Nightlight Christian Adoptions, the Harbor in St. Petersburg, Zarmisha Ministries, Hope for Cambodia, Restore Innocence, Tender Hearts Baby Home in Uganda, Notre Dame Creche in Haiti, etc. Our capabilities are through these connected resources.

Indicators of success include:
Number of children adopted after orphan tour hosting
Number of children brought to the US on orphan hosting programs
Number of children supported through vocational training
Number of orphanages supported annually

The number of children served each year increases as we support more orphanages and fund more orphan tours
