Mission

Sarasota Chinese Academy is a non-profit, non-religious, non-political, cultural, and educational institution. The school offers Chinese language classes and cultural programs to all individuals regardless of race, color, faith, sex or ethnic origin. The mission of the school is to:* Provide quality Chinese language instructions in a safe environment to local community members in Sarasota and surrounding counties;* Promote understanding and appreciation of traditional Chinese culture, history and philosophy;* Promote friendship and serve as a liaison between the American Chinese community and the non-Chinese speaking community.

The Sarasota Chinese Academy provides several activities designed to expose Sarasota-Bradenton area families with authentic Chinese historical and cultural activities. These activities are specifically for the purpose sharing Chinese language and culture with our community.
