The Global Mission
Bringing the Gospel to those who've never heard
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
All people need salvation, purpose, meaning in life. Some also lack basic, tangible needs. We can meet those physical needs, but ultimately focus on the spiritual needs in light of eternity. We offer hope to those who are lost, broken, hurting and in need. Those who are not lost and not in need can be envisioned, equipped and involved in the mission!

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
In 2022, Our goals are to reach hundreds of thousands of people with the Gospel, engage U.S. churches in international missions, train hundreds of volunteers to reach their communities and neighborhoods, to inspire scores of volunteers to participate in short term missions, and to generate over one million dollars in new contributions to achieve these aims and beyond. Our humanitarian outreach in Haiti continues to grow and expand to reunite children and strengthen families, train pastors and reach their nation with the Gospel. Due to challenges related to civil unrest in Haiti, outreach from the U.S. will focus on other regions in 2022.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
To envision followers of Jesus Christ to bring the Gospel to those who've never heard, to equip followers of Jesus Christ to bring the Gospel to those who've never heard, and to involve followers of Jesus Christ in bringing the Gospel to those who've never heard. In addition, we will use all methods possible to introduce as many as possible to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In Haiti, we are bringing a hope and a future to the children of Haiti through community transformation and revival through the Chanje Movement.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our executive leadership and staff team have veteran experience and qualifications to envision, equip and involve followers of Jesus Christ in bringing the Gospel to those who've never heard. Our existing team has over 100 years of full-time ministry experience, has trained thousands of people in sharing the Gospel and raising disciples, has led and participated in over 100 short term cross-cultural missions outreaches, and has led, organized and taught at conferences for 10,000 volunteers.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have reached more people than ever before with the Gospel through an increasing number of tools, and a greater number of resources. Each year, we see approximately significant growth in the number of first time decisions for Christ, funds raised, people exposed to the message of Jesus Christ, and 50% growth in numbers of trained volunteers and engaged participants. Our greatest limitations are brought about by our growth and our need to increase staff and administration to properly handle all the fruit of the ministry's success. This has required clearing bottlenecks through supervised delegation of responsibilities at a rapid pace while adding new employees and equipping more volunteers while not overstepping the available funding.
