Goals & Strategy
Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.
Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our goal is to offer a long term facility where horses can retire and live their lives out. We also work with other organizations to help rescue and place other horses in need.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We were able to purchase a property that has facilities to support all our residents. With additional stalls we are able to assure that those needing special care have a safe environment, with enough shelters to allow those that want out of the elements to be able to do so.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
With the sale of previous facilities, and purchase of more adequate facilities, we are able to meet the needs of all our residents.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Our current goal is to replace the old metal and roofing on an existing barn/hay storage to assure a drier environment.
