Many missions workers are discouraged, ineffective, in transition, or just lonely. We are on a mission to provide transformational coaching and coach training to missions workers to help them overcome the struggles and challenges they face so they thrive and flourish in life and ministry.

Bridges
CMI is committed to providing high quality coaching that is affordable and accessible for those serving in missions, any where in the world. To make it affordable coaching typically takes place using Skype technology, and each coach has agreed to offer their services well below normal rates. So, whether you are on the field, preparing to go, in your first two years home, or a national leader reaching your own people, you can build a bridge to your future through coaching!
FOCOS
FOCOS provides high-quality and affordable coach training to help supervisors, team leaders, ministry directors, and anyone who want make effective use of coaching skills and principles in their ministry and work roles. The 12 month online and on-site curriculum offers…
Opportunity to experience coaching for your own life and work

Professional Coach Training (PCT)
This 24-month training is an interactive, hands-on learning process designed to prepare you to impact nations by upholding mission-oriented workers and leaders with professional-quality, culturally intelligent, life and leadership coaching skills.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We want to help missions workers overcome the struggles and challenges they face so they thrive and flourish in life and ministry. And we want to multiply coaching for missions so that all nations will be impacted through Christ-centered coaching.

What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
CMI has a cadre of trained and experienced missions life coaches to come alongside missions workers who could benefit from life coaching.
CMI also conducts coach trainings around the world to equip leaders with basic coach skills up to professional coach qualifications.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
By the end of 2021 we will have provided over 62,000 hours of coaching to more than 4,300 missions workers in 110 countries.
We presently train approximately 80 coaches per year in basic coaching skills in trainings held on 3 continents. We have numerous stories of transformed lives that we publish on our web site.
