This included items such as maintenance, obtaining necessary insurance, paying utilities, security, property taxes, lease payments, etc. Total program expenses for these activities were $69,765 in 2012. Program service revenues in the amount of $63,000 were received in the form of rents/occupancy payments from the supported organizations.2.There were no fund raising activities in 2012 and no contributions were received during the year ended December 31, 2012.
