What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

As a Community Leadership Program, we aim to create a diverse network of informed and connected leaders who can impact change for the communities of Prince William County and the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. We exist to “build the bench” of influential leaders in the community. Our alumni are informed and empowered to contribute in a more thoughtful and meaningful way. Upon completion of our Signature Program, participants are armed with interpersonal skills that transcend modern barriers to communication and collaboration, such as partisan politics. LPW Alumni are trained to identify and value individual skills and attributes that lead to better problem solving.
