Cornerstone Family Programs (CFP) was founded in 1813 to help widows and children suffering from the impact of the War of 1812.  Nearly 207 years later, CFP is again building on its roots with an innovative program to meet the needs of today’s military families.

The Military Families and Veterans Outreach Program is an innovative program designed to meet the needs of men and women, and their families, who are going through a military deployment, who have an impending deployment, or those who have recently returned home. Our program is a non-governmental initiative involving a fully licensed therapist that is availible to listen to what the veteran and the family needs and offer therapeutic support, as well as hands on asistance in connecting to needed services at Family Service and in the community. We provide therapeutic services to Morris County families of actively deployed service members in al branches of the military, including reservists and National Guard. We also serve veterans returning home, from recent deployment, with a DD214. Finally, we serve Morris families and veterans together post-deployment to handle family re-adjustment issues.
