Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Some of our goals from our 2017 Business Plan include:
1) Maintain fiscal sustainability.
2) Continuing to develop a Family Advocacy Committee that can assist with legislative and other advocacy needs.
3) Diversify our services by developing a Home Health Aide Training program.
4) Apply to vend new services through the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
5) Increase the number of donors.

Goal #1 - Working to recruit 12 new contracts for our Fulfillment Center.
Goal #2 - Educating family members on our steering committee and using "snowball" recruiting to involve additional families.
Goal #3 - Have obtained a grant for start-up funds and are working on the logistics of starting the program including marketing.
Goal # 4 - Are researching the new programs and in the coming months will decide on two programs to pursue.
Goal #5 - Are capitalizing on our 60th anniversary year to find new donors and to re-engage donors from our past.

Goal # 1 - Director of Business Development is working with several large companies on ways EH can assist their diversity initiatives.
Goal #2 - This program is already in progress.
Goal # 3 - A staff member has been promoted and will be devoting her time to ensuring the success of the new program.
Goal # 4 - The Assistant Executive Director is working with the state to acquire needed info, the Planning Committee is following closely, and a decision will be made in the near future.
Goal #5 - Community relations is committed to using our various events as a mean to re-engage past relationships with the organization and as a means to recruiting new prospective donors.

Most goals from 2016 were achieved with some continued in 2017.
