Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Family to Family
A Free 8 week education course co-taught by trained family members. It is meant to provide information on mental illness and its treatment and supports as well as other resources for family members with adult loved ones who are living with mental illness
NAMI Basics
Free 6 week education meant for family members and care givers who have children or adolescents with mental health concerns. It is co-taught by other family members. It provides information, insight, lived experience and resources related to children's mental illness.
Support Groups
More than 40 free support groups across the state serving the needs of families with adults, children and adolescents, and individuals - including young adults - who are living with mental illness.
In Our Own Voice
A national anti-stigma program that offers two individuals living with with mental health conditions who share their personal stories and journeys to recovery.
Ending the Silence
An in-school program that offers the lived perspective of a parent and young adult related to their journey of having someone or personally having a mental health condition. It is offered to middle and high school students directly and is meant to break down stigma and increase access to care.
