AHEAD's housing development program has already produced 255 quality units of affordable rental housing to low and moderate income families in our service area of northern New Hampshire.
AHEAD's HomOWnership Center provides 12 Homebuying Workshops each year that educate more than 120 families, 50 of whom move on topurchase their first homes. The HomeOwnership Center also provides 4 financial fitness workshop per year that educate more than 75 families on matters such as budgeting, savings, credit and debt reduction.

possess the tools to make sound financial decisions.

AHEAD envisions a future in which everyone’s home is:
• Affordable, costing no more than 30% of a family’s income;
• Considered, the result of education and sound financial decision-making;

• Safe, promoting health through proper construction and maintenance;
