What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Our annual reports detail our evolution over the past decade with many accomplishments as an organization as well as the catalyst for change within our community. Our conference is cited to be the motivation that keeps sustainability change agents going throughout the year. Our members have shared how STARS completely changed how their institution viewed and strategized about sustainability. We’ve also provided the connections, acting as a convener to help bring people together to learn from each other.
We are proud of the work we’ve done and continue to do at AASHE. Despite our many successes, the challenges our world is facing continue to grow and, as such, our work is more important now than ever before. AASHE’s current strategic plan will carry us through 2020 where we’ll see an increased emphasis on strategic partnerships, more programming around diversity, equity & inclusion, and more resources to help our community reach their sustainability goals.
