What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Project Appreciation
In short, it is an attempt to thank every First Responder across the seven counties in South Jersey. The Volunteer Center will coordinate this effort to be sure a thank you bag is delivered to hundreds of men and women of Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Service personnel in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties.
This project is open to anyone and everyone who wants to help. Individuals, groups, teams, families, schools, businesses, faith-based and other nonprofit organizations are all invited to support this effort.
Family Volunteering Campaign
The Volunteer Center of South Jersey is proud to coordinate a series of events and programs created to inspire and empower families to serve the community together. It is our vision that, through these days of service, South Jersey will become a shining example to our nation of how families can make a difference in their communities by volunteering together.
When families roll up their sleeves and participate in service projects, they quickly learn that they can make a difference in creating a better community and a better world. Join us and help South Jersey become a better place to live, work and raise a family!
