Our programs

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Special Needs cat care

Since Tabby's Place rescues cats regardless of age, medical condition or personality, we regularly care for a sizable population of Special Needs cats. Living with such conditions as diabetes, heart disease, FIV and cancer, these kitties require costly care. It is our pleasure and privilege to give them all the care and love they need for as long as they need us. Like all Tabby's Place cats, our Special Needs cats have a home for life at the sanctuary if they are not adopted. Emergency and specialty veterinary care of these cats ranges from $35,000 - over $100,000 annually.
