What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

A private, liberal arts college with a strong focus on the sciences

Wilson College confers a baccalaureate degree in 35 areas, the associate degree in 4, and certificates in 2 program areas. In addition to the 9 Master’s degree programs, there is a post-baccalaureate teacher intern program. Enrollment in Fall 2021 was 1,405. Beginning fall 2021, new majors offered are Healthcare and Medical Humanities, Liberal Studies, and Supply Chain Management. The online master's degree is in Applied Leadership. Wilson’s top five majors among undergraduates are nursing, veterinary medical technology, animal studies, equine-facilitated therapeutics and business management.

  • What significant change resulted from feedback?

    In 2017, the Wilson College Advancement and Alumni Relations office conducted a survey of all alumni via an online and a paper mailed survey. One of the most efficient initiatives to come from survey results was the need for a one stop student shop to help students accomplish all their registration, financial, student development and other tasks in one location. This initiative blossomed helping the College with student retention and matriculation. Over the past few months (June 2020), because of this re-organization, the College was able to provide a safe, efficient point of contact for students as the campus community adjusted to an all online format.
