  • Who are the people you serve with your mission?

    Through our adult and youth programming, we serve people from age 3 to 103. Due to the nature of our grant partnerships with state, local and community agencies, we seek feedback from program participants at every level. Most programs feature intake data, as well as surveys and feedback at the programs completion. We are committed to doing better everyday, and serving our community better.

  • What significant change resulted from feedback?

    After running an after-school program at a local low-income housing community, we wanted to take our services to more people living in the community. We completed a survey of residents of the community to ask them what needs they had, how we could utilize the community center better and how we could better serve them. They responded and with the support of the Cumberland County Redevelopment and Housing Authority, we are developing programming to fit the needs of the community - including a computer lab, community vegetable gardens, workforce development training and youth mentorship. We hope to continue building on the relationships and programming in the community to support everyone living there.
