Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Health Services
Health Services:
• Behavioral Health Services, including individual, family and group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric intervention, medication monitoring, and couples counseling;
• Drug and Alcohol Treatment. APM provides intensive outpatient, regular outpatient and suboxone outpatient services; and
• Support Services, providing long-term help to the homeless through housing assistance and access to services that offer the tools necessary for successful independent living.
Community and Economic Development
Community and Economic Development Services
• The Community and Economic Development component is the implementer of the Eastern North Philadelphia Strategic Plan and the developer of mixed use/mixed income developments, including affordable rental housing and homeownership, commercial development, preservation activities and the stabilization of vacant lots;
• The Housing Counseling program provides homeownership opportunities for first-time homebuyers through pre-purchase counseling and additional services that include budgeting, debt reduction, foreclosure and predatory lending prevention, money management/wealth building and tenant counseling;
