Our goal is to teach decision making skills to inmates in Delaware County, Pennsylvania

With a cadre of over 50 volunteers, we teach inmates decision making skills. We do this by both individual mentoring and classroom instruction.

We have programs in all three correctional facilities in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The G.W. Hill Corrector Facility, (County prison), The State Correctional Institute in Chester, Pennsylvania and in the Juvenile Detention Center in Lima, Pennsylvania. We have two paid program coordinators and a cadre of over 50 volunteers.

Thresholds in Delaware County has been in operation since 1974. We have trained thousands of inmates in decision-making skills since then.
