What we aim to solve
How to help individuals living with and affected by HIV+AIDS? Individuals who may need additional financial resources that are not provided for by other organizations. How to best support and educate the community about HIV+AIDS to prevent further infections? How to eliminate stigmas associated with an HIV+ diagnosis. We provide individuals living with HIV+ or infected with AIDS with necessary contingency funds when all other sources are exhausted. We fund, support, and provide a platform for local community services that offer HIV+ AIDS outreach programs and educational initiatives. FACT’s Lifestyle Brand “Positive Dialogue” this program serves as a valuable resource that consolidating our region’s top HIV+AIDS related services.

Fighting AIDS Continuously Together
Contingency Funding-FACT Contingency Funds address the emergency needs of Greater Lehigh Valley residents affected by HIV/AIDS. Since 1985, FACT has raised over $3,000,000 to assist with the unique needs of people living with HIV+ or AIDS.

Stop the spread of HIV+AIDS through outreach and education. Support those living a positive life by providing them with tools that encourage mental and physical growth and dignity.

Ever since Fighting AIDS Continuously Together - FACT Bucks County Chapter was founded in 1992, our organization has met or exceeded our goals and continued to provide contingency financial aid to clients through their case managers. We have provided educational grants to individuals and organizations. We have awarded scholarships to individuals who have proven commitment to our communities’ well-being and have aspirations of a community service career.
Our goal moving forward in 2021 is to build on our solid foundation of community service. Expanding our outreach, provide the best possible platform for delivering information and resources to those living a positive life—Foster long-term relationships with local organizations to fill the gaps when all other resources are exhausted.

Who are the people you serve with your mission?
HIV affected and infected individuals and families. FACT Lehigh Valley works solely with case managers from regional institutions and hospitals. As FACT only works with funding requests utilizing CareWare numbering from initiation of request by Case Managers to disbursement FACT has no knowledge of individual's personal identities.
