Successfully represent the YAPM program to the newly joined LVYF League.
Establish a newly constructed Pressbox on school property, as approved by school authorities.
Continue to abide by program Bylaws and Policies and Procedures.
Assure the program Code of Conduct is administered thoroughly and properly for all members.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Support all League activities, particularly monthly meetings.
Support volunteer pressbox development continuously.
Conduct bimonthly YAPM Board meetings and host an annual Summit Conference to plan the subsequent fiscal year.
Always support member compliance with the Code of Conduct and develop lessons learned for enhancements.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Continue Board teamwork and foster togetherness in satisfying program goals.
Foster annual support by the program to the community with food or clothing drives and Breast Cancer Awareness.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Pressbox development in July 2015 is 15 to 20% complete.
Commitments by the Board members to the program continue to be 100%.
Commitments to the new league are 100%.
