Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
HELP US HELP PETS
Receipt of Donated Pet Food and Pet items to be given to families Facing Financial Crisis.
No Fleas Flea Market
We accept gently used and new items that we turn around and sell online and at Flea Markets to raise money to fund our No Flea/Tick Program. Unfortunately, this is not an item that we receive donations for but one that we desperately need.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We are looking to open up Mobile Pantries in Reading and Norristown over the course of the next year. But to do this, we need funds to purchase our own Truck and to receive much needed food supplies on a continuous basis. We are looking to establish relationships with Food Distribution and Manufacturing companies. We will also be revamping our website in 2016 to make it more user friendly.
We also need to look for additional grants to fund our spay/neuter program and set up a low cost vaccination clinic.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Application for Various Grants to continue our Spay/Neuter Clinic; Application for Grants to purchase the truck.
Contact pet Food Manufacturing Company; Pet Supply Chains and Distribution Locations for the Mobile Pantry Locations
Continue to recruit Volunteers who can take on more tasks and responsibilities to insure the growth and stability of the overall organization.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
A lot of the Volunteers that are part of Animal House Project bring a tremendous amount of experience in knowledge from all walks of life to include fundraising; grant writing; social media; marketing; supply chain management; inventory management and control; administration; negotiations with large corporations and of course dealing with the media.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have come a long way since the transition between the founding member - Nina Frangieh to now and it is evidenced in the amount of animals that we are now feeding from 750 companion pets to 4000 companion pets to include cats; dogs; rabbits; ferrets; fish; horses; donkeys and birds.
