Friends of Sheba Medical Center (FSMC) is a nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles, California. Sheba Medical Center at Tel HaShomer is the largest hospital in Israel and the entire Middle East. FSMC is dedicated to raising awareness and philanthropic support for Sheba Medical Center's compassionate clinical care, cutting edge research and comprehensive educational training.

Humanitarian Field Hospital in Ukraine

Sheba Medical Center sent doctors, nurses and healthcare workers along with equipment and supplies to establish a field hospital near Lviv, Ukraine. Using the 100-tons of humanitarian aid sent from Israel, Sheba established a fully-functional field hospital in Ukraine and treated over 2,000 patients including over 200 daily in the Emergency Room.

Sheba is also implementing the resources of Sheba Beyond, the virtual treatment program that allows Sheba physicians to consult and solve medical problems from a distance. Several patients including children have been transported to Israel from Ukraine for advanced treatment.
