Association for the Advancement of International Education

AAIE operates under a philosophy built upon trust, loyalty, honesty, communication and high expectations for board members and staff. AAIE provides and coordinates services to member schools and distributes a quarterly publication, Inter-Ed, which contains news from American/International schools around the globe, professional articles and sections on the law, health issues, school board membership and Internet. AAIE provides members with current information regarding issues affecting overseas schools, emerging educational research and trends, and serves as an advocate when appropriate. An annual conference is the high point of each year. The conference is designed to meet the diverse needs of the membership and gives members an opportunity for staff development, personal growth and networking.
