How will they know if they are making progress?

What have they accomplished so far and what's next?

Our goal is to ensure that more and more people hear the gospel in their heart language in more places everyday. By 2020 our goal is that 4 million gospel presentations will be made around the world as the result of people empowered by EvanTell.

We believe in multiplication, meaning training more people to reach more people with the gospel message. Our goal is to provided training in person and online to reach throughout the world by making evangelism training available in many digital forms that can be accessed anytime, anywhere.

We have established an e-learning platform that will provide training to people anytime, anywhere. Resources are available currently in more than 60 languages with new languages being added each year. We are currently working to expand our digital footprint to reach places never before available through previous methods.

We measure number of gospel presentations and number of trainings (both online and in person). These numbers will indicate the progress of the number of people hearing the gospel as well as those being trained to share the gospel. We also have a number of follow up materials available to encourage people in their spiritual growth.

Since our inception in 1973, EvanTell has presented the gospel more than 38 million times; certified 200+ instructors to train others to share the gospel; and conducted 750,000 evangelism trainings. Our goal is to share the gospel in their heart language with anyone and everyone who has not heard the good news of Jesus Christ.

Organizational Demographics

In order to support nonprofits and gain valuable insight for the sector, GuideStar worked with D5—a five-year initiative to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in philanthropy—in creating a questionnaire. This section is a voluntary questionnaire that empowers organizations to share information on the demographics of who works in and leads organizations. To protect the identity of individuals, we do not display sexual orientation or disability information for organizations with fewer than 15 staff. Any values displayed in this section are percentages of the total number of individuals in each category (e.g. 20% of all Board members for X organization are female).
