Mission

The mission of Concept 7 Family Support and Treatment Centers, Inc. (Concept 7) is to ease the suffering of abused and neglected children by providing a continuum of family-centered treatment and support-related programs.
Through 35 years of exceptional services shaped in response to the needs of its youth and to the best practices of care, Concept 7 has established itself as a leading provider for abused and neglected youth.  Founded on the idea that effective programs to heal abuse must include the seven concepts of Rescue, Recognition, Relationship, Responsibility, Respect, Resolution, and Renewal, Concept 7 now provides an ever-strengthening continuum of care to over 1,500 youth and families annually.

Foster family offices in Southern California in Commerce, Santa Ana, Ontario, Riverside and Victorville.

Population(s) Served

Concept 7 programs are built around the 7 concepts of Rescue, Recognition, Relationship, Responsibility, Respect, Resolution, and Renewal.  •Foster Care – full range of therapeutic and support-related foster care services.  •Clinical Services – comprehensive, in-home therapeutic counseling and case management.  •Support Services – therapy, childcare, structured play, professional treatment plans, tutoring programs, etc.  •Monitored Visitation and Transportation – monitored visitation and transportation to ease reunification.  •After Care – support children and their natural families post reunification.  •Adoption Services – full-service adoption program.  •Additional Programming – annual Scholarship Program, special community events, etc.  •TAY Programs – continued stipends (to replace State $) and full supportive services (including all above and more) to foster families who keep youth past 18 and/or high school.
