Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Early Childhood Development Program
A preschool program servicing children ages 15 months through kindergarten enrichment in the South Hills area. This is a diverse program open to all regardless of backround or faith.
Torah Center and Jewish High School
Temple Emanuel provides Jewish education for students Pre-K - 10 in a supplemental school program. The curriculum includes classes in Hebrew and Judaica as well as family programs.
TERMS - Temple Emanuel Retirees in Mitzvah Service
TERMS provides opportunities for our retired members to volunteer and provide various services that benefit the Temple and the entire community. They plan and/or participate in: Memorial Day Brunch, meals for Myrams Place, Labor Day picnic, cemetery research and documentation, sukkah building, Terms Shabbat, experiences with our ECDC children and our older Temple Youth Groups.
