Grantmaking
The Community Foundation supports the work of nonprofits through grants to organizations directly from our donors; competitive grantmaking to fund strategic change in Bedford, Cambria, Somerset, and Indiana counties; and nonprofit capacity building.
Scholarships
The Community Foundation works with many donors to provide scholarships all across our region. The selection process for most of our scholarships is managed through committees established at local high schools.

The Community Foundation offers a variety of fund types, each designed to meet the specific goals of the donor.
