Goals & Strategy

Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Short Term Goals:
Raise public awareness in Coptic and non-Coptic communities worldwide about the needy Copts in Egypt who are suffering from hunger and disease
Serve as many needy families as possible through monthly financial support
Ensure each needy family has its basic needs of food, shelter, clean water, electricity and sanitation met
Develop health awareness ; educate the needy in healthy habits which will reduce their long term risk of disease and infection.
Provide immediate medical assistance to the sick and transportation to medical services as needed.
Recruit volunteers to spread our message worldwide and assist in fundraising to serve the needy.
Long Term Goals:
Provide education and employment opportunities to needy families so that they can become self sufficient.
Support and create income generating activities to enable the needy to develop a livelihood.
Provide communities with health clinics offering basic health services, necessary check-ups, and required immunizations.

The organization's primary strategy is to remain in close contact with all those it serves. We believe that it is important to never lose a human touch when serving, and thus, our servants make monthly visits to each of the families to ensure that they are being served in the best way possible. Additionally, we find that this on-the-ground strategy is also the best way to locate new families in need of service.
C4NC also distributes a free monthly newsletter to keep donors in the loop with the happenings of the organization. Just as it is important to maintain the bonds between the organization and those that it serves, it is equally important to keep strong relationship between the organization and its donors, who make all of the service possible.

Care 4 Needy Copts possesses a network of enthusiastic and passionate servants in Egypt who are eager to serve the Coptic community. It is through our volunteers in Egypt that all of our programs are facilitated. Additionally, the organization has a loyal donor base that s only growing, which allows our service to constantly expand and reach more and more needy people.

Currently, our biggest challenge is spreading awareness of our organization through the non-Coptic community. However, we are steadily making improvements even in this category. We have hired non-Coptic staff members, we maintain a prominent presence on social networking sites, and we have made appearances at non-Coptic venues. Additionally, we are in the process of collaborating with other non-Coptic organizations.
