Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
WE'RE IN THE PROCESS OF A REORG TO SHIFT THE PROGRAM TO A FINANCIAL LITERACY, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELLNESS PROGRAM FOR PEOPLE WHO SUFFER FROM ALL TYPES OF SPINE DEFORMITIES
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
DUNCAN TREE HAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO PARTNER WITH ORTHOPEDIC GROUPS AND THE SCOLIOSIS RESEARCH SOCIETY WHO WOULD TAKE OVER OUR SURGICAL PROGRAMS IN JAMAICA AND THE PHILIPPINES. IN DOING SO, WE CAN OFFER SUPPORT TO PATIENTS, LOCAL HOSPITAL DOCTORS, RESIDENTS, NURSES, TECHS AND VOLUNTEERS IN FINANCIAL LITERACY, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELLNESS.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
WE HAVE THE ABILITY TO LEVERAGE ALL OF OUR RELATIONSHIPS BASED ON PAST LEARNINGS FROM THE SPINE PROGRAM TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF THE SPINE PROGRAM. REGARDING THE FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAM, WE ARE IN TALKS WITH PROSPECTIVE PARTNERS IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY AS WELL AS MBA PROGRAMS.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
WE ARE CURRENTLY IN THE IDEATION STAGE OF REBRANDING AND LEADING WITH THE FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAM UNDER THE SCOLIOSIS UMBRELLA.
