A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue, Inc. is devoted to saving pregnant and nursing dogs, cats and their offspring, keeping them in safe, healthy foster environments until they are adopted by loving forever families, while promoting animal welfare and the prevention of homeless animals by means of spay/neuter education and working toward the goal of a euthanasia-free community.
