Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
NAVF's goal to insure that every eligible veteran and spouse receives the benefits that they have earned and deserve in their time of need.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Educating the veteran population, social workers, assisting living communities, and political advocates via the website and direct outreach programs.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Outreach programs are making a huge impact in generating a large number of claims either live or via webinars.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
As NAVF's reputation has grown as a leader in providing assistance in the VA/Medicaid area, we are experiencing a large increase in the number of referrals. We will need to hire more claim's officers to handle the increased volume of applications. Every veteran and/or spouse deserves the best in support to shepherd them through the VA or Medicaid claims process.
