Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
- providing affordable, quality, alcohol and drug abuse rehabilitation to adult men and women;
- maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, which fosters and promotes sobriety and positive lifestyle changes in our clients;
- become the employer of choice in the field of substance abuse rehabilitation and recovery;
- engage in a robust educational program to prevent substance abuse from becoming a lifestyle for young people.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
- Value – the combination of quality treatment, facilities, and amenities with the best price for the market niche will create value for the client not available elsewhere;
- Location – remote but accessible with easy access not far from major metropolitan areas, for example, one hour outside of Boston, MA;
- Management – the assembled senior management staff brings more than 90 years of experience in the field of substance abuse rehabilitation: clinical, operational, and marketing;
- Reputation – the legacy relationships of senior management within the industry, corporate, municipal, insurance, and alumni client community will provide for market penetration, quality staffing, cross referral opportunities, and an excellent reputation;
- Community – we have the support of the State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, the State of New Hampshire Southwest Regional Planning Corporation, and the local community.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
The Foundation has the necessary individuals with the experience, knowledge, and skill to succeed. Management has a a combined over 90 years of direct experience in the field.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Progress will be monitored on a daily basis and measure by the number of educational initiatives undertake, the number of people treated, and feedback from the community.
