What we aim to solve
TCA's mission is to fund and facilitate the support of Thoroughbreds and the people who care for them. Over the past 32 years, TCA has provided grants to more than 200 approved charities working to uphold our mission. TCA supports organizations that rehab, retrain, and rehome Thoroughbreds, organizations that create a market for off-the-track Thoroughbreds, organizations that utilize Thoroughbreds for equine-assisted therapies as well as organizations that provide health and human services for backstretch and farm workers.

TCA
TCA is a charitable organization that provides grants to non-profit organizations that work toward improving the lives of Thoroughbred racehorses and the people who work with them. TCA offers the Thoroughbred industry and its supporters a way to give to one organization while helping many.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
TCA's mission is to fund and facilitate the support of Thoroughbreds and the people who care for them. Over the past 32 years, TCA has provided grants to more than 200 approved charities working to uphold our mission. TCA supports organizations that rehab, retrain, and rehome Thoroughbreds, organizations that create a market for off-the-track Thoroughbreds, organizations that utilize Thoroughbreds for equine-assisted therapies as well as organizations that provide health and human services for backstretch and farm workers.

As a grantmaking organization, TCA provides funding to organizations working to uphold our mission. For our aftercare related grant recipients we believe in not only supporting organizations work to rehab, retrain, and rehome horses but also incentive programs as they work to create a demand for and a market for Thoroughbreds.
