Transformation through Education
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Children's families in Ghana, Africa are required to pay school fees. Over 89% of families do not have the funds to send their children to school. We would like to see all children reach their God-given potential in this region and beyond! Promise Land Ranch School in Ghana, West Africa exists to provide poor children free Christian education, experience the Power of God in their lives, and impact the world around them with the love of Jesus Christ. We are the first non-profit, private Kindergarten-9th grade school that provides exceptional quality education, medical care, food, clean water, and clothing to the poorest of the poor. Over 350 students are enrolled! We see the next generation of Christian leaders transforming Ghana, Africa, and beyond with the love of Jesus. Therefore, we need to continue property improvements and increase our donor base. We have started breaking ground in July 2021 to build the new Classroom Main Building! And adding donors to our base. Praise God!

Goals & Strategy
Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.
Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
The groundbreaking on the property has begun and the foundation has been laid. The building of the school classrooms has begun.
Our goal is to eventually build a 3 story building to house all students and give them the opportunity to become all they can be, to make a difference in their communities and beyond.
Our hope is for the school to be self-sustaining.
The vision is to have at least 1,000 students attending PLRS, including High School. We need to add a Soccer Field, Cafeteria, and additional student bathrooms. This can be accomplished with the main building that is being constructed now.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
1. Continue to increase our donor base.
2. Involve other local churches.
3. Access Corporate sponsors, Grant writers
4. Continue local Fundraising Projects and Events
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We are striving towards our goal to have the only Non-Tuition School in Ghana, Africa
We continue to search for volunteers who can assist in generating funds for the organization. We are increasing our donor base to allow us to achieve our goals for Promise Land Ranch School.
We continue to have Interest Meetings to involve donors far and local!
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We are providing free education to over 350 children in the Ningo/Pramprm district, who would otherwise not be attending school due to having to pay school fees. They are receiving food and clean water when they come to school. They are healthy and are making leaps and bounds in their education. We are #1 in Academics in the district! Parents are bringing their children daily to attend our school because we have employed great teachers and the community knows it.
We continue to Fund-raise through all means we can to complete all construction on the 6-acre property. It's imperative to join all the students onto the property as soon as possible so we do not have to pay rent for the temporary schoolhouse.
Due to Covid-19 Pandemic 2020, we have intensified our efforts to continue the progress of school projects.
As of June 16, 2020, we have built and completed the second set of 4 classrooms. We are now focused on the construction of the main school building which is ongoing now, as of July 2021.
The next step is to complete the construction of the main 3 story building. Bring all students together on one campus, and finish the Soccer field. We have provided additional sports activities for the children to do when they attend school.
UPDATE: March 19, 2022
Foundation construction of the main 3 story building has begun in February 2022 and continues! Filling of the constructed foundation has been filled, including brick classroom outline and rebar, walls are going up and the cement floor will be poured soon
