Program 1

Through its Supportive Services for Veteran Families, Elle assisted more than 100 veterans. Elle coordinates or provide supportive services to very low-Income Veteran families who: (I) are residing in permanent housing, (II) are homeless and scheduled to become residents of permanent housing within a specified time period, or (Ill) after exiting permanent housing within a specified time period, are seeking other housing that is responsive to such very low-income Veteran family's needs and preferences. The program is primarily funded by a grant from Office of Veterans Administration Health Administration Center of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.

Elle provided its' services to 50 veterans through The Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program. HVRP is an employment focused competitive grant program of the Department of Labor, Veterans' Employment and Training Service (DOL-VETS), the only federal grant to focus exclusively on competitive employment for homeless veterans. HVRP has two core objectives: 1) to provide services to assist in reintegrating homeless veterans into meaningful employment within the labor force, and 2) to stimulate the development of effective service delivery systems that will address the complex problems facing homeless veterans. HVRP grantees accomplish these objectives through a variety of core services
