What we aim to solve New!

Relevant Ministry has been coming alongside church leaders in the area of church health for the past nine and a half years. During that time, RM became aware of a deficiency around discipleship in most churches. As a result, RM developed a discipleship process that is both relevant and field tested.

The Relevant Discipleship Pathway™ was developed to answer several questions, primarily... “How could discipleship be an intentional, ongoing, transformational process?” And, “How could a discipleship process truly multiply, where disciples make disciples who make disciples?” This process equips believers with discipleship tools so they will know “what to do” and “what to say” when discipling others. Our primary goal is that every believer would follow the Great Commission and become a disciple maker.

Our strategy is to equip leaders and empower individuals through a one-to-one discipleship coaching experience and through discipleship coach training. What sets the process apart is the inspiration for the Relevant Discipleship Pathway™ comes from the chronological stages of Jesus' ministry. What is unique about Relevant Discipleship™ is the coaching approach. The outcome is empowered disciple makers with an intentional, transformational process of disciple making that multiplies.

By responding to God's leading, and through faithful contributions, and a trained, qualified staff our mission will be ongoing and yet fruitful.

We will know we are making progress through the transformative stories of followers of Christ and the multiplication of disciple makers.

One-to-one discipleship has been experienced by thousands of believers in twenty five states in the US and in five countries around the world. 4 Levels of training have been developed and written for believers and leaders. The higher levels of training for leaders are credentialed through the International Coach Federation. Also, three books have been written: Relevant Discipleship™ Resource Manual: resources for practicing the disciplines of a disciple; Nehemiah Response: a coaching model; Relevant Discipleship Pathway™: a framework for intentional transformation that multiplies. Moving forward, we will continue to help leaders in the US and globally through onsite and online training to implement a discipleship culture and start a discipleship movement that transforms believers and multiplies disciples in their churches.
