Mission

Mission: Our mission is to grow and empower an inclusive biking community through education and affordability. Vision: Affordability: Make safe reliable bicycles more affordable for everyone. Diversity: Foster diversity within the cycling community. Education: Expand the availability of quality cycling education within the community. Recreation: Promote cycling as a healthy and enjoyable activity. We provide a non-profit, volunteer-run, educational do-it-yourself workshop offering training, rides, and events to empower all levels of cyclists in building, maintaining, and embracing the fun of bicycles.

  • What significant change resulted from feedback?

    We collect feedback from customers and make improvements to our operations. We also take feedback from our volunteers. Many of our customers wanted to hear about the positive impact hard work of our volunteers, so we send out a quarterly news pamphlet. We also address personnel issues and have started partnering with an all female bike advocacy group to offer a women's night, run by women to learn bike mechanics and encourage more involvement in that space.
