What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

Of the eight billion people in the world today, only about one-third would call themselves Christians. That means billions of people don’t know Jesus. Like you, we want people from every tribe, tongue, and nation to know and worship him. This is why we plant churches worldwide.

Church Planter Assessments

Church planters need more than passion. They must be trained, godly, and ready to plant a healthy church in a healthy way. Thats why church-planting assessments are a crucial part of advancing the church. During Acts 29's proven assessment process, planters are evaluated and advised on their preaching, pastoring, and strategic planning. Their wives participate in the sessions and also in conversations with female assessors concerning ministry expectations because planting is not a solo endeavor. Acts 29 takes the care of each of our pastors seriously, including preparing them to plant successfully.

Population(s) Served

Acts 29 produces biblically sound resources and offers practical training to equip pastors and planters for ministry in all contexts. Through conferences and cohorts, Acts 29 is connecting with more church planters in more countries than ever before. From urban North America - to French-speaking West Africa - to remote parts of Brazil, Acts 29 is collaborating with local leaders in mission.

Population(s) Served

While serving Christ’s church involves sincere joy and purpose, there are times when the unique challenges of church planting and pastoral ministry feel overwhelming—not just for pastors, but for their wives, too. Acts 29’s commitment to planting healthy, multiplying churches means we offer a robust care network for pastors, wives, and church leaders.
