Goals & Strategy

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our ultimate goal is the elimination of unwanted/stray cats, through effective and humane trap, neuter and return. Our target population is anywhere there are unaltered cats, which is everywhere in Collier County.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our strategies are to utilize grants that are available through PetSmart charities and other avenues. One of our biggest obstacles is getting funding for our TNR projects, each cat costs us roughly $80 to vet.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We are known for TNR, so we are in a position to accept and respond to calls for help. We have a well trained crew of trappers that help any time of the day or night to rescue cats.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have TNR'd thousands of cats and we need to spay/neuter thousands more.
