Miles for Cystic Fibrosis: Helping people with CF run their best race to a longer, stronger life. Organizational Service Goals: Promote a physically active lifestyle for individuals living with cystic fibrosis; Provide financial support to individuals and organizations with the cystic fibrosis community; Create opportunities for action and service for members of the the CF community; Serve as an educational resource for the CF community and to the general public.

BreatheStrong Exercise Grant Program

The Miles for CF BreatheStrong program pays grants for exercise and healthy physical activities for children and adults living with cystic fibrosis.

Miles for Cystic Fibrosis funds emergency financial assistance for CF patients and families in Georgia through the CF Reaching Out Foundation. In addition M4CF contributes to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to support research towards better treatments for CF for CF patient care.
