What we aim to solve New!

In many countries, churches are experiencing unprecedented growth. This growth is often happening in places of economic need and social upheaval. But there isn't enough trained leadership for these churches. While this growth is exciting, it has also outstripped the availability of trained leaders. Many have a passion to serve, but are inadequately prepared, resulting in discouragement and poor teaching. Where solid church leadership is in place, communities improve. When there are healthy, well-led churches, communities are experiencing spiritual renewal, reduced disease and violence, and increased social and economic stability.

Charting Impact

Five powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?

What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?

What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?

How will they know if they are making progress?

What have and haven't they accomplished so far?

Our Vision is that healthy churches worldwide are flourishing and transforming their communities under the leadership of those who have been equipped through accessible, high-quality training.

Training pastors and leaders through an inductive style training with required goal-setting and action planning for each manual. After completing all six manuals the leaders are certified by Timothy Leadership Training Institute to train others. In this way the training can be multiplied with little to no outside financial support as the certified trainers (Master Trainers) can now go out and train others, who can also be certified through Timothy Leadership Training Institute to train others. Pastors and leaders implement what they learned and impact their personal lives, churches, and communities. When they train others the impact spreads.

TLTI has a growing network of partners which expand our worldwide reach. We currently have about 50 active training hubs around the world in over 30 countries. Our curriculum is available in over 20 languages with more translation underway to allow for further ministry reach.

Key indicators of progress for TLTI are number of partners, number of participants, number of Basic and Advanced trainers certified, number of trainees who go on to train others, and stories of impact. Critical impacts come out of the implementation of Action Plans that each trainee creates to put into practice what they learned in each module of the curriculum.

In the last year TLTI has added a new program under our organization - Global Coffee Break. This program is small group Bible discovery for evangelism and discipleship.

We now have over 50 titles of Discover Your Bible study materials available and we are leveraging our international set of partners to expand the reach of this excellent Bible study program.
