Mission

Becky’s Hope Horse Rescue is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and, when possible, rehoming of abused, neglected and abandoned horses and farm animals. As part of our mission, we also work to educate the public and potential equine adopters regarding humane, responsible horse care, welfare and good horsemanship.

Becky’s Hope Horse Rescue was founded in 1997 in Marlin, TX and is named after our first rescued horse. Becky is 20 years old now and is still looking great. She is the matriarch of our seniors herd and our gentle spokeshorse. The rescue relocated to 100 beautiful acres in Frisco, TX in March, 2014. Becky’s Hope is an all-volunteer organization entirely funded by tax-deductible donations and every donation is spent exclusively for the care and maintenance of the animals. We are entirely committed to our goal of giving the animals we love the life they deserve.
