To support the resolution of interpersonal and community conflict through the use of Community Mediation, Community Conferencing, and other restorative justice services and education. CRCBC services are accessible to all persons and organizations in Baltimore County, at convenient times and locations, provided by trained individuals that honor the diversity of the community.

Community Mediation

Community Mediation is a consensual, self-determined process where participants work together with impartial, trained mediators to address conflict. Mediations are offered virtually, at times that are convenient to participants.

Community Conferencing is a powerful social justice process that brings together everyone involved in, and affected by, crime and conflict. Together with their supporters, everyone involved gets to:

-Hear, and say, what happened.
-Tell how they have been affected by the incident.
-Create an agreement which repairs the harm done, and stops it from happening again.
