Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Restoring Hope
Straight Street caters to the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of those we serve. In Orlando, we meet those needs by conducting weekly food shares to the homeless in the downtown area. We meet every Tuesday evening to provide a hot dinner to 150+ men and women. We also provide clothes and hygiene materials as needed.
In Brazil, we travel to the favelas in Parque das Flores in São Paulo three times a year. We build fully sustainable homes for families in need as well as conducting a massive food share to the community feeding 300-400 men, women and children.
