Goals & Strategy
Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.
Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We wish to increase the number of pets that are able to stay with their human companions while at the same time reduce shelter drop offs from pet owners who think they will receive the needed medical care by doing so if they anonymously drop off an animal.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We have a strategy that focuses on area veterinarians to provide lower cost or donated professional services. We also have an outreach strategy to to raise awareness of our program, increase our donor base and awareness to our target market about our program services through community events.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Key leadership and board members
Low operational costs - no physical location
Collaborations and partnerships with veterinarians and humane societies across multiple counties
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have grown every year in revenue and in indicators measured. In fact, from 2010 to 2014 (2014's approved budget), revenue has increased 2000% and families/pets served in 2014 compared to 2010 has increased 867%.
