Mission

Our ideal mission is to create a multicultural and diverse community based learning center between the North Nashville and Joelton communities, through the one and only matter that every culture & ethnic has in common.  This "matter" is every aspect of Science!  We use an Intergrated STEM curriculum as a cornerstone to present the importance of other science's through school and community programs as well.  Such as Astronomy, Astrology, and Agriculture!  Providing a combination of knowledge through all of the above science's will definitely create a more self sufficient, open minded, and self respectful community.  All-In will work overtime to become the most innovative and diverse community enterprise in all of Middle TN.  We are also dedicated to inspiring and preparing our youths to choose, and reach, their full potential in STEM college paths and careers.  Objective to reach this beautiful mission is to plant a seed of world history, teaching our scholars knowledge of self through science and physics.  We also strive to instill more than just the English language.  Preferably Spanish, French, and Chinese because those are the most commonly used in the world.  All-In will work with community resources such as the TN FOREIGN LANGUAGE INSTITUTE in accomplishing our foreign language objectives.  World History and World Geography are two important components at All-In.  The North Nashville community often does not think outside of the box because the community has not been exposed to the world, so All-In will work hard to give our youths a great visual of the entire world.  We will do so by creating student, and possibly community activities pertaining to World History and Geography.  For example, we will establish a "CULTURE DAY".  For every continent and country that our students learn, or has to be tested on, they will have to dress, cook a meal, or simply address a way of life from that continent or country.  World History will be likewise, and of course All-In will have to provide the clothes, food, etc.

GOLDEN VALLEY URBAN FARM

An 5.3 acre urban farm will be established where aquaponic and hydroponic systems will be structured and utilized.  This farm will be operated and managed by the neighborhood in which it exist.  Thirty percent of the land will grow free produce to the neighborhood, and seventy percent of the farms produce will go towards fundraising for the community's youth field trips, education material, and a stipend for youths that work and operate the urban farms production.  We will also need college agriculture student volunteers to help with instruction and man power.
